As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of local IT Specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will report directly to the National Finance Manager and collaborate closely with business leaders to recommend and implement technology improvements. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing IT strategies aligned with business goals and objectives, overseeing the security, risk management, and compliance of our Information Systems, managing IT budgets, and acting as the primary IT owner for Canada.
