National Accounts Director

As a key member of the Uniparts OEM team, you will be responsible for managing existing national relations with prominent partners, including Intact Insurance, ProgiParts, CSN, Belron (Speedy Collision), The CARS Network, and Simplicity Car Care. Your goal will be to develop new relations with potential national partners, fostering strong business connections that drive growth and success.
Collaboration and CoachingYou will work closely with Regional Managers and Territory Managers to:
- Manage relations with the dealer network and national MSO (Multi Store Owner) Body Shop Customers.
- Develop new relations with potential dealers and dealer groups.
- Coach them on their dealer and body shop relations, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
You will be responsible for following the roles and responsibilities of Regional Managers and Territory Managers as they are presented and updated, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the team. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities will be essential in driving business results and achieving team goals.
