About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Service Coordinator at Mamma's Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized support to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring a smooth and seamless check-in process.
  • Receive and deliver items and messages for guests, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Provide, arrange for, or refer guests to valet parking services, ensuring their vehicles are safe and secure.
  • Plan and coordinate social events and guest programs, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle luggage for hotel guests, ensuring it is delivered to their rooms promptly and efficiently.
  • Escort incoming guests to their rooms, providing a warm and personalized welcome.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service.
  • Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of space, ensuring a tailored and personalized experience.
