We are a reputable hotel chain that prides itself on providing exceptional customer service and a comfortable stay for our guests. As a Hotel Managing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Hotel Staff

As a Hotel Managing Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of our hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. You will ensure that all staff members are aware of their duties and responsibilities and are working efficiently to provide excellent customer service.

Assist Guests with Special Needs

You will be responsible for assisting guests with special needs, such as providing wheelchair accessibility and ensuring that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Coordinate and Review Work

You will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing the work of our hotel staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.

Hire and Train Staff

You will be responsible for hiring and training new staff members, including teaching them about our hotel's policies and procedures.

Maintain Hotel Operations

You will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel, including ensuring that all equipment and machinery are in good working order and that all necessary repairs are carried out in a timely manner.

Requisition Materials and Supplies

You will be responsible for requisitioning materials and supplies as needed, including ensuring that all necessary items are ordered and delivered in a timely manner.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

1-2 Years of Experience

You must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hotel industry.

Attention to Detail

You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Fast-Paced Environment

You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle pressure and stress effectively.

Standing for Extended Periods

You must be able to stand for extended periods and be able to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

Excellent Communication Skills

You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management.

Team Player

You must be a team player and be able to work effectively with others to achieve common goals.
