Job Summary

WIPTEC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between customers, operations, and carriers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and transmit information between customer requests and our operational processes
  • Act as an intermediary between operations, customers, and carriers to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Coordinate and communicate the receipt and dispatch of merchandise, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Rigorously maintain accurate data and information in our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Manage, plan, and follow up on customer returns and inbound and outbound transfers
  • Assist the operations team with daily tasks and projects, providing administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Strong sense of priorities and agility to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software
  • Initiative and ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities
