Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Universal Support Systems Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical assistance to internal and external customers, ensuring seamless support experiences across multiple corporate locations and retail sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first- and second-line technical support to internal and external customers
  • Engage with C-level executives and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Requirements
  • Bilingual (French/English) proficiency
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of desktop and technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
