At FootWorX Foot Clinic, we are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to client information.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of MS Office to effectively perform administrative tasks.
  • Pursue opportunities to develop skills in areas such as correspondence, contracts, and invoices.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives, demonstrating flexibility, organization, and a client-focused approach.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and reliable work attitude, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
