We are seeking an administrative officer to join our team at Kwality Sweets & Restaurant.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position with a 35 hour work week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, including:
- Establishing and maintaining effective administrative procedures and protocols
- Coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
