We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Queenswood College of Business Health and Technology Inc.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time position that involves providing administrative support to the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be highly detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physically and digitally.
- Manage and coordinate office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and tidy at all times.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and arrange meetings with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain schedules for staff, including appointment bookings and time-off requests.
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into various systems and databases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and financial information.
- Communication and Customer Service:
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and messages from clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
