About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Infrastructure Manager to lead our DevOps team in optimizing customer experience management platforms. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will drive continuous improvement and ensure high standards of availability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Stability and Efficiency: Guide our infrastructure and applications to perform within established Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Service Level Objectives (SLO).
  • Automation and Observability: Implement automation and observability tools to achieve low mean time to recovery (MTTR) for service-impacting incidents.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Lead root cause analysis for major incidents, communicate with senior stakeholders, drive problem-solving, and debug using best practice techniques.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize infrastructure for security, resiliency, and cost targets based on collected feedback, while showcasing strong leadership and team management skills.

About You

  • Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field, with proven technical expertise in systems programming languages (e.g., Go or Python), shell scripting, Terraform, and infrastructure as code principles.
  • Cloud Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in public cloud environments, particularly AWS, with hands-on experience with Kubernetes management within AWS EKS.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Experience with monitoring and logging using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, CloudWatch, and Honeycomb.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management experience, with effective communication skills to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
