Summary:
Lantic is currently recruiting for the position of Channel Marketing Manager, based at our Toronto offices. The Channel Marketing Manager will have a high level of engagement and exposure throughout the organization, providing opportunities for future growth. The incumbent is responsible for leading the marketing function for the Sugar segment and corporate branding, with a team of direct reports and agency partner relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop meaningful value propositions that resonate with targeted audiences.
  • Craft and deliver meaningful messages and content across relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver impactful business reviews.
  • Create and launch digital services to enhance the value proposition.
  • Partner with the sales team to facilitate the commercial annual business plan.
  • Lead analysts to deliver insight and regular reporting of volume, revenue, and pricing.
  • Craft strategy to evolve and enhance reporting and analytics.
  • Be the primary steward of our product brands.
  • Evolving brand guidelines and packaging.
  • Drive harmonization across manufacturing sites.
  • Create a process for SKU rationalization.
  • Manage our corporate brand.
  • Evolving brand guidelines, on-line presence, and content.

Qualifications and Professional Experience:
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience in marketing, with B2B marketing experience, experience in the Food/FMCG industries, exceptional communication skills, and experience with business analytics.
