Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Engagement Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive engagement strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging various marketing tactics.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to align engagement marketing strategies with broader business objectives and ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints.
  • Journey Design and Trigger-Based Campaigns: Design automated campaigns to drive card usage and increased spend and engagement across the customer base. Look at segmenting customers and understanding their behaviors and patterns to serve up relevant campaigns and communications.
Requirements:

To succeed as a Strategic Marketing Leader at Rogers Bank, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in marketing roles, with a focus on CBM, digital sales, and agency management.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably in a fast-paced, consumer-facing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
