About the Role

FUCHS LUBRICANTS CANADA is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Administrator to join our team. As a Field Service Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Evaluation: Plan and conduct field trials to assess new product performance and provide detailed reports to our sales team.
  2. Technical Support: Address technical issues and act as a liaison between customers and our laboratory team.
  3. Market Insights & Collaboration: Work with our sales team on projects to identify new product needs and understand the competitive landscape.
  4. Sales Support: Offer product recommendations, technical training, and provide technical solutions to our customers.
Qualifications
  1. Language Skills: Bi-lingual in both French and English.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering required (Mechanical, Chemical, or Automotive preferred).
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  4. Industry Experience: Experience in commercial and industrial segments, with roles in field service, technical sales, or lubricant management.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret laboratory tests.
