Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Services Sr. Associate to join our team at NavitsPartners. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and services to clients, including data and settings migration, imaging, application installation, and technology deployment.
  • Utilize strong customer service skills to resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in technical services or a related field.
  • Prior experience with data and settings migration, imaging, application installation, and technology deployment.
  • Proven customer service background and strong communication skills.
  • Able to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions and scripts.
  • Qualified resources should have A+ certification or equivalent skill set.
  • MCP, MCSE, CNE, or Network+ certification is a plus.
  • Certification in various hardware platforms may be required for servicing hardware issues.
