Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration and Check-in/Check-out: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Room Reservations and Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
- Payment and Billing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
