About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Quality INN. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Check-in/Check-out: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Room Reservations and Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Payment and Billing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
