Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Days Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process room reservations.
  • Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, answer guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Front Desk Operations: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and assist guests with special needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 38 hours per week.
