Hotel Receptionist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Ramada 100 Mile House. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Room Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure optimal room utilization and guest satisfaction.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general information about points of interest in the area to guests.
- Special Needs: Assist guests with special needs, provide support and accommodations as required, and ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
