Job Summary

Frontmatec is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries regarding equipment spare parts, and performing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding equipment spare parts.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of our department, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer software applications, including Microsoft Office, to perform administrative tasks.
