Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at La Clé des mots. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and filing.

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license.
