We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Services Supervisor to join our team at JACMAR Restaurants Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation
Direct and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
Estimate Food and SuppliesAccurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
Maintain Records and ReportsKeep accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions.
Prepare Food Order SummariesCompile and present detailed summaries of food orders for the chef to ensure accurate and timely preparation.
Supervise Tray AssemblyOversee the assembly of trays to ensure presentation and quality standards are met.
Establish Work SchedulesDevelop and implement work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
