Supervisor, Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Supervisor to join our team at JACMAR Restaurants Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food services staff, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Food Order Management: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and completed on time.
- Tray Assembly and Scheduling: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, establish work schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Government Programs: Ensure that our restaurant is recognized as a compliant employer, adhering to all relevant government regulations.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English or French.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
