Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that high-quality standards are met.
  • Estimate Food and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare Food Order Summaries: Prepare detailed summaries of food orders for the chef.
  • Supervise Tray Assembly: Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that they are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that the food services team is operating efficiently.
