We are a reputable cleaning services company seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning teams, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning teams, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Cleaning Operations: Oversee the cleaning of our clients' properties, including offices, homes, and other facilities.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our cleaning standards are met, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to our cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that our services meet their expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.
  • Experience: We will provide training for the right candidate, so previous experience in a similar role is not necessary.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French is required, as you will be communicating with clients and staff in these languages.
  • Availability: You must be available to work a 35-hour week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as required.
