Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Food Order Management: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and completed on time.
  • Tray Assembly and Scheduling: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, establish work schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Government Programs: Ensure that our restaurant is recognized as a compliant employer, adhering to all relevant government regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
