Pension Administration Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Case Management: Research and resolve participant questions and plan issues, maintaining accurate and complete case notes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other customer service representatives and client representatives to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Communication: Communicate proactively with customers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on relevant information.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Mathematical and Technical Skills: Demonstrate strong mathematical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, and Access).
- Pension Administration Knowledge: Possess a working knowledge of defined benefit pension plans and a strong understanding of pension administration principles.
- Customer Service Experience: Have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Language Skills: Be proficient in English and French, both written and oral.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Teamwork: Possess the ability to successfully work in a team environment, with a positive and cooperative attitude.
