About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Case Management: Research and resolve participant questions and plan issues, maintaining accurate and complete case notes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other customer service representatives and client representatives to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Communication: Communicate proactively with customers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on relevant information.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Mathematical and Technical Skills: Demonstrate strong mathematical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, and Access).
  • Pension Administration Knowledge: Possess a working knowledge of defined benefit pension plans and a strong understanding of pension administration principles.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Language Skills: Be proficient in English and French, both written and oral.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Teamwork: Possess the ability to successfully work in a team environment, with a positive and cooperative attitude.
