About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Technology & IT Services Management team at CAAT Pension Plan. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the success of our organization by integrating, maintaining, configuring, and developing our ServiceNow environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate, maintain, configure, and develop ServiceNow environments to support our business needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop solutions and handle enhancements using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Partner with process owners to develop and customize ServiceNow application solutions.
  • Deliver training to fellow employees, IT staff, and team members on ServiceNow functionality.
  • Conduct code reviews for the application development team, provide demos, and perform proof of concepts on new functionality.
  • Collaborate with the ServiceNow Product Manager in managing and leveraging our ServiceNow development partner.
  • Own and be accountable for the client's business needs, driving towards solutions while working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Requirements
  • Five (5) plus years of using ServiceNow with the creation of workflows, dashboards, reporting.
  • Three (3) plus years of ServiceNow application development experience.
  • Must have at least three (3) years of experience analyzing ServiceNow platform requirements, presenting solutions, and developing them.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML and Jelly Scripting.
  • Must have integration experience (REST APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer).
  • Must have Custom Application Experience (App Studio).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer certifications are nice to have.
