RANDY'S PIZZA & DONAIR - LOWER SACKVILLE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Physically demanding
  • Attention to detail
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role. They will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
