Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at ANDALOS HOLDINGS LIMITED. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Manage Food and Service QualityEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure that our food service operations are profitable.
Address Customer ComplaintsAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they are satisfied with their dining experience.
Maintain Records and ReportsMaintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports to management as required.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and physically demanding work are required.
Personal Suitability- Client Focus
Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills are required.
Team PlayerA team player with flexibility and excellent oral communication skills is required.
