Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DQ. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient food service systems and procedures to meet customer demands.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage food and supply ordering to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met, and that the kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
