Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DQ. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that all team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of employee performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or culinary role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
