Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DQ. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and train our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding food and service.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
