We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team at Sai Estate. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, manage benefits administration, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and provide recommendations for financial improvements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, including Tally ERP, Simply Accounting, and MS Office.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
