Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Our office is located in a convenient location with public transportation available. We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
