Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage our financial records, prepare financial statements, and perform various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping
- Accurately maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Accounting and Financial Analysis
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, including deductions and benefits.
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.
- Computer and Technology Skills
- Proficient in Tally ERP, accounting software, and database software.
- Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
