We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Manjit S Gauba Professional Corporation. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
- Transportation: Public transportation is available.
