Job Overview

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $82,000 to $121,000 annually, based on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team of clinicians and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
  • Registered in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting (new graduates welcome to apply).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
