Job Summary

As a Senior Technical Claims Specialist at The Travelers Companies, Inc., you will play a critical role in evaluating and resolving complex claims. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and that our claims are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and evaluate claims to determine the extent of liability and damages
Develop and implement creative resolution strategies to resolve claims
Provide quality customer service and ensure timely communication with insureds
Collaborate with internal and external resources to identify and direct appropriate resources for claim evaluation
Maintain accurate and detailed claim files and documentation

Requirements

3+ years of claim handling experience
Strong understanding of commercial lines products and policy language
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
