Job Description

We are seeking a charismatic and welcoming Host to join our front door team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth flow of guests through the restaurant, maximizing seating capacity and minimizing wait times.
  • Organize reservations, walk-in guests, and server flow to optimize the dining experience.
  • Engage with all guests entering and exiting the building in a friendly and helpful manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Answer phone calls to handle guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during service.

Requirements

  • Ability to remain physically active and busy throughout your shift.
  • Previous service experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift items up to 30lbs.
