We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role: As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events;
* Assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures;
* Managing the distribution of mail and other materials;
* Planning and organizing daily operations;

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital database

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
