About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP System Analyst to join our team at ProFound Talent Inc. in St. Albert, Alberta.

Job Description

This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in achieving the strategic objectives of the company and supporting the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight and day-to-day management of an assigned portfolio of business systems and applications to ensure alignment with business and technology objectives.
  • Serve as the operational support escalation point for risks, action items, issues, and decisions.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to service providers as needed to ensure timely completion of objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate the risk profile of applications throughout their product lifecycle.
  • Plan for and implement updates to business applications as required.
  • Troubleshoot issues in a systematic, predictable, and timely manner as they arise.
  • Liaise with other IT team members, suppliers, and business contacts to resolve raised issues.
  • Recommend updates and functional changes to enhance business solutions and ensure long-term effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • A post-secondary diploma or equivalent in information and communication technologies or computing science is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience or demonstrated mastery in system administration and support is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP Basis is required.
  • Experience in Security Design, Customization, Implementation, and Auditing of SAP roles and authorization (S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, SAC etc.) is required.
  • Working knowledge and experience with utilizing Agile development methodologies is an asset.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 CAD, depending on experience.
