As a Senior Business Process Analyst with Randstad Canada, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on government operations by implementing and improving frameworks, facilitating workshops, and ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement.

This role is an excellent chance to drive impactful change and help shape efficient government processes in Edmonton. You will be part of a dynamic team that is revolutionizing motor vehicle registry services for Albertans.

The ideal candidate will possess 8 years of experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed solutions, creating flowcharts/diagrams/analyses, identifying, analyzing, and managing project risks on large, complex projects, and facilitating business workshops.

You will also have experience gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across various projects, including User Persona Discovery, Lifecycle Process Enhancements, and Government Restructuring.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The estimated salary for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
