Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client flow activities, develop protocols for improvement, and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize resource utilization.
  • Provide clinical direction, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to established standards and policies.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, such as budget allocation, equipment evaluation, and new initiative planning.
  • Liaise with interdisciplinary teams, clients, and families to resolve health issues, cultural barriers, and ethical dilemmas.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, risk management activities, and staff development programs.

Requirements

  • RN or RPN BCCNM registration required.
  • STI Management Certified Practice (or enrollment) required.
  • Reproductive Health Certified Practice strongly preferred.
  • 3 years of recent, related nursing experience in primary care/community health nursing, preferably with youth and/or concurrent disorders.
  • 1 year of related leadership/supervisory experience in a primary care setting with mental health and/or substance use services.
  • OAT experience an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and extended health coverage, as well as a pension plan and paid time off.
