At Providence Health Care, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. We are currently seeking a skilled Primary Care Operations Specialist to join our team at Foundry's Granville Clinic.

About the Role:
The Primary Care Operations Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our primary care services. This includes supervising day-to-day activities, coordinating client flow, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as a practicing RN or RPN registrant
* Three years' recent, related nursing experience in community health nursing, preferably with youth and/or concurrent disorders
* One year's related leadership/supervisory experience, ideally in a primary care setting with mental health and/or substance use services
* Completion of the Point of Care HIV Testing course and successful completion of the BCCDC Immunization certificate
* STI Management Certified Practice certification, or evidence of enrollment

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $73,500 - $103,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, extended health and wellness programs, and access to professional development opportunities. Our modified EDO schedule offers a great work-life balance, with alternating Mondays off and weekday shifts only.
