Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1192661 Alberta Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have a skilled and motivated team in place to deliver exceptional service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare Budget and Reports: Prepare budget and cost estimates, as well as reports on sales, stock, and wastage, to inform business decisions.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a fast-paced food service environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods, as well as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
