About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food is prepared and served to our high standards, and that all food safety and handling procedures are followed.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.
