Oly, a business unit of McMillan Shakespeare Limited, is seeking talented individuals to join our team as Partner Associates. This exciting role will play a key part in supporting the launch and growth of our novated leasing business.



Key Responsibilities


  • Work closely with our dealer channel, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners, and other key partnerships to educate on novated leasing.
  • Assist in executing digital strategies and onsite activity to educate dealer and business partner personnel.
  • Establish strong relationships within their State to form long-term strategic alliances.


Requirements


  • Highly developed Account Management/Relationship building experience managing a portfolio of accounts in a sales and education focused environment.
  • Proven track record in relationship or education roles will be highly regarded.
  • Track record of achieving targets and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge and experience managing workflows via databases (ERM) and intermediate PC knowledge generally.
  • Demonstrated experience using digital sales tools.
