About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Partner to join our team at The Self Management Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with our product and service teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong understanding of the talent acquisition and talent management industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
