We are seeking someone with over five years of industry experience, along with strong client relationships they can leverage. Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Development: Identify new business opportunities by understanding potential clients' staffing needs.
  • Deal Closing: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing contracts and establishing partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring long-term success.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with our growth objectives.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends to position us as a leader in the staffing sector.

Qualifications:
  • Proven Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the temporary staffing industry or related field.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full-Time Availability: Ability to work in-office and collaborate with the team.
  • Results-Oriented: A passion for meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
