About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
  • Order supplies and equipment to ensure we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize our operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to train and supervise staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean and safe environment.
