Job Summary

The Product Operations Lead is a key member of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store's product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Store Leadership: Work closely with store leaders to bring product strategy to life and ensure seamless execution.
  • Inventory Management: Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Product Actions: Ensure execution of product actions, such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing, to optimize product availability and sell-through.
  • Team Engagement: Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift.
  • Product Level Monitoring: Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability for customers.
  • Data Analysis: Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions, such as analyzing product sell-through data to provide recommendations to store leadership regarding product focus or pricing.
  • Hiring and Onboarding: Participate in the store's hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
  • Performance Management: Address team member performance and support their ongoing learning and development by providing direct feedback and in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences.
  • Team Environment: Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships with team members.
  • Guest Experience: When serving as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, move dynamically and lead from the floor to ensure every customer receives technical product education and establishes a world-class guest experience.
Requirements
  • Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Travel: Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
Work Environment
  • Work Setting: Work involves moving through the store, sometimes in the front-of-house with bright lights and loud music, and sometimes in the back-of-house with no windows or natural light.
  • Teamwork: Work is accomplished as part of a team, sometimes independently, and sometimes using a computer or other technical devices.
  • Physical Demands: Work may occasionally involve moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) or using ladders to reach materials.
Compensation and Benefits

Lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional team performance. The base pay range for this position is from $19.75- $22.71/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position has a target bonus of an additional $3 per hour, subject to certain requirements and the Company's discretion, bringing the total target compensation range between $22.75- $25.71/ hour.
